RAK DoK Champions Inclusion with Empowering Workshop

In March, Ras Al Khaimah Department of Knowledge (RAK DoK) hosted a pivotal workshop for inclusion leaders from private schools across the Emirate. Led by inclusion expert Louise Dawson, the session aimed to not only share valuable insights but also ignite practical strategies for fostering a more inclusive learning environment.

Louise Dawson, leveraging her extensive experience, crafted an enriching program that transcended traditional presentations. The workshop adopted an interactive approach, encouraging active engagement and collaborative dialogue among participants. This dynamic format empowered educators to delve deeper into the complexities of inclusive education, exploring both theoretical frameworks and practical applications tailored to the unique contexts of private schools in Ras Al Khaimah.

At the core of Louise’s approach is a dedication to collaborative learning and continuous improvement. Through school visits and quality evaluations, she ensured the workshop content directly addressed the evolving needs of the educational landscape in Ras Al Khaimah.

Louise’s guidance sparked meaningful discussions throughout the session. She challenged conventional norms and inspired educators to reimagine the possibilities of inclusion within their schools. By fostering a supportive environment for reflection and innovation, participants were empowered to embrace their role as agents of positive change, driving a more inclusive and equitable educational experience for all students in the Emirate and beyond.
